Online 8-week courses

The course includes 8 weekly sessions of 2.5 instructional hours. There is a 4 hour half day retreat. The courses will be offered to folks in the United States and Canada. CEU’s are available to LCPC’s and LCSW’s in the United States. Weekly courses will be held online via Zoom.

Circles of Practice – Free Online Daily Meditations

CMSC offers several different Circles of Practice, both for the general public and MSC graduates. These self-compassion meditation sessions are free and facilitated by volunteer MSC teachers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.​
